Pause/Play Center for Preachers seeks to restore preachers to their “why” through spiritual direction and practices of play.

We have designed a program that will feel like a year-long retreat. It will require your consistent presence throughout the year for you to get the most out of the curriculum. Most months will average 5-7 hours in Pause/Play activities. Knowing this, participants who stay with the program from July 2024 to June 2025 will receive a $2,000 stipend at the end of the year, in addition to full travel, lodging, and registration for the in-person meeting.
Can you commit to being in Kansas City for the Pause/Play Gathering July 18-20?
In addition to the Gathering in KC July 18-20, 2024, can you commit to the following offerings for the cohort between July 2024 and June 2025: bi-monthly/monthly hour-long spiritual direction, bi-weekly check-ins on creativity and play, at least two coaching sessions on creativity and preaching, a mid-year retreat (January 2025, Zoom), and 2-3 workshops (Zoom)?
